Lisa completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at UNSW followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy at Sydney Uni. She first worked in a Rehabilitation Hospital and joined the team in 2015 to pursue her interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and teaching Pilates.
She is highly skilled in treating a broad range of pain & injuries, but loves to work with women throughout their lifespan to help them be pain free, empowered and confident. She particularly enjoys working with women during their journey from pre-pregnancy to postpartum and beyond and has been expanding her skills in this area by training in Pelvic Floor Physio. She is now uniquely placed to provide high quality care to women for both their pelvic floor concerns and musculoskeletal injuries.
She has trained in the McKenzie Method (MDT), and was credentialed in Jan 2019. Her skillset is extensive and uses MDT in addition to dry needling, manual therapy, pilates, education, and individualized exercise prescription to approach her patient’s concerns holistically. With her friendly and patient-centered approach, she endeavors to help people achieve their goals and feel empowered to self manage their injuries. During her time at North Parramatta Physio, Lisa has used her strong exercise and movement analysis skills to develop the Revolution Run Lab program. She was team Physio for Wentworthville Rugby league (both Ron Massey & NSW Cup - Eels reserves) for 3 years. In her spare time you can find her working on craft projects, cooking and attending Dance & F45 fitness classes!
Samantha finished her Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2020 after completing her Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at University of Technology. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports related injuries.
Sam participates in a variety of sports, including netball, dance and triathlon amongst others. She enjoys working with people to help achieve their goals and maximise physical function. With a certificate III and IV in fitness, this has helped her develop further knowledge and skills in exercise and rehabilitation.
Sam’s approach to Physiotherapy is based around empowerment and self management as well as effective manual therapy. She looks forward to further development as a Physiotherapist in the practice adopting the McKenzie approach.
Leon graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in 2020 and has a strong interest in sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and orthopaedics.
During his time at university, Leon worked as a sports medic and covered various sports teams, clubs and schools around Sydney. On graduation, Leon worked for a year at Concord Hospital, gaining skills in a broad range of clinical areas including orthopaedics, outpatients, neurology, rehabilitation, acute care and ICU.
Leon exhibits a positive and energetic attitude and strives to help patients achieve their goals. He is continuously seeking to develop his skills and knowledge to improve patient outcomes using evidence-based practice and integrating the McKenzie approach into his treatments. In his spare time, Leon enjoys keeping fit by running and cycling.
Camille completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. She completed her new graduate year at a major tertiary hospital in Sydney. She joined the team to pursue her interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and the treatment of injuries, which will allow her to help people achieve their goals.
In her spare time, Camille enjoys playing netball, pilates and strength training. This has provided an excellent knowledge of exercise therapy. She also has a particular interest in treating netball related injuries as well as adopting the McKenzie approach.
Jonathan completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2021 after graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Charles Darwin University.
Jonathan is dedicated to developing his clinical knowledge and skills in order to effectively achieve his patients’ goals using the most recent evidence-based physiotherapy treatment. He has a particular interest in wrist, shoulder and sports related injuries as well as applying the McKenzie method (MDT) to help clients self manage their pain.
Jonathan participates in bouldering, tennis and basketball. Being involved in sports helps him understand the common yet different types of sports injuries. His ability to understand his patients’ needs, helps him provide a holistic approach to recovery.
