We film you while you run on a treadmill, then break your movement down frame by frame. We look at your stride, posture, arm swing, foot placement, and more. What we often find are small but significant issues, like:

  • Arms crossing the body (slowing momentum)

  • Overstriding (creating extra impact)

  • Hips dropping (due to poor core control)

  • Feet landing too far out in front

These aren’t things you’d usually notice on your own. But once you see them? It clicks.
