Our Revolution RunLab provides an exciting opportunity for those who love to run, or want to improve their running technique. Through our association with Evolution Running in the UK, we can now offer a programme that was once limited to elite athletes.
Efficient running will not only reduce the risk of niggling injuries, but will also have the effect of improving your performance. Often quite simple steps, such as working on arm swing through the running phase can make a huge difference.
The programme starts with a detailed biomechanical analysis of your running style which we video. We are able to break down stages of the running cycle and identify patterns that may slow you down or make your running less efficient.
Once identified, we work on retraining and repetition to improve the ideal movement patterns and improve your running efficiency.
The programme runs for six sessions over an eight-week period.
