Crystal has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science), a Masters of Exercise Physiology and a Doctor of Physiotherapy. Whilst studying, Crystal has worked in several physiotherapy clinics across Sydney, building her knowledge and developing her clinical skills. She is qualified as a level 1 sports trainer which she has used whilst doing sports coverage (triage and taping) for Penrith Netball Association and Champions League Basketball. She has a keen interest in sporting injuries, how they happen, optimising performance and preventing injury reoccurrences.
Since commencing at North Parramatta Physiotherapy, she has loved learning to apply the McKenzie Method to treating spines.
Outside of work, her passion for sports extends beyond the clinic as Crystal is highly involved in refereeing basketball at both a state and national level.
