Lisa Sanders

Lisa completed an Exercise Physiology degree in 2010 before completing a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2012. She started her career in a Rehabilitation Hospital which has given her extensive experience in managing patients post orthopaedic surgery and with neurological conditions. She joined the team in 2015, to pursue her interest in managing sporting injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and also Pilates. She has trained in the McKenzie Method and dry needling which she uses alongside manual therapy and exercise prescription to have a holistic approach to treatment of a broad range of injuries. She strives to help people achieve their goals, self-manage and prevent further injury, with a friendly and patient-based approach.

Lisa has a strong exercise and movement focus and helps run the Revolution Run Lab program; analysing clients running style to help identify contributing factors to recurrent running injuries. She has a keen interest in Clinical Pilates – leading classes, and using it to help rehabilitate clients to reach their potential. She also provides Pre & Post Natal Physiotherapy and Pilates. She is currently the team Physio for Wentworthville Rugby League Ron Massey Cup.
